PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk  memberi kesempatan kepada Pria Putra Daerah untuk bergabung bersama kami sebagai Pegawai Kredit Mikro dengan posisi sebagai berikut :

Sales Officer (SO)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 1 year experience in sales of banking products, financial institution or experience in marketing of consumer goods, preferably experienced in micro banking and target oriented (evidenced by working reference)
  • Having a SIM C and own motorcycle (proof of ownership)
  • Preferably domiciled in related micro branch areas or local people
  • Able to work under pressure and target system

 

Relationship Officer (RO)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales of banking products, or collection in financial institution, preferably experienced in micro banking and target oriented (evidenced by working reference)
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Have a good collection skills, both soft and hard collections
  • Able to work under pressure and target system

 

Credit Officer (CO)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 1 year of experience as credit analyst in banking or financial institution, preferably in micro banking and or experience as marketing micro banking for 2 years (evidenced by working reference)
  • Preferably experience as credit analyst in micro banking
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Able to work under pressure and target system

 

Unit Head (UH)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • Experienced and have an understanding of micro banking
  • Have a good credit analyst and collateral valuation skills
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a unit leader and or experienced in credit officer for a minimum of 2 years preferably from micro banking (evidenced by working reference)
  • Have a good negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to sell bank products and have a good collection skills
  • Have strong leadership, good integrity
  • Have a vision and strategy in developing unit
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Have a high spirit, discipline and honesty
  • Having a customer base
  • Able to work with the pressure and target system

 

Area Support (AS)
Requirements

  • Max age 35 years old
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in micro administration or LBU repporting system or experience as credit support evidenced by working reference)
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Have a good administration skills
  • Have a high spirit, conscientious, self-discipline and honesty
  • Able to work with the pressure and target system.

 

Area Credit Officer (ACO)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a micro credit analyst (evidenced by working reference)
  • Have a good knowledge of micro banking characteristics
  • Have a good credit risk mitigation skills
  • Able to analyze micro-credit
  • Have a high spirit, conscientious, self-discipline and honesty
  • Computer literate, min MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Have a good leadership skill
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Able to work under pressure and target system

 

Area Relation and Collection Officer (ARCO)  
Requirements

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 3 years of experience at banking/financial institution, particular areas of collection (evidenced by working reference)
  • Have a good collection skills, both soft and hard collections
  • Have a good leadership skill and integrity
  • Have a good negotiation skill
  • Have a high spirit, conscientious, self-discipline and honesty
  • Have own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Able to work under pressure and target system

 

Mikro Area Manager (MAM)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 4 years of working experience in micro banking
  • Have an understanding of micro banking (business and knowledge)
  • Have a good credit analyst and collateral valuation skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a leader, preferably in micro banking (evidenced by working reference)
  • Have a high spirit, discipline and honesty
  • Have a good knowledge of micro banking characteristics
  • Able to unlock the potential market in the area
  • Have a wide networking to accelerate the micro business
  • Have a good sellingl, collecting, negotiating and motivating teams skills
  • Have a strong leadership, integrity
  • Have a vision and strategy in developing micro-credit in the area
  • Have SIM A
  • Able to work with the pressure and target system.

 

Proses Internal Control (PIC)
Requirements

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copy of diploma and transcripts)
  • At least 4 years of experience as internal audit, preferably in micro banking (evidenced by working reference)
  • Able to create a measuring and monitoring tools for micro credit and internal control process
  • Able to create the curriculum and materials to improve the competence of the micro credit analysts
  • Have a strong leadership, integrity
  • ave own motorcycle and SIM C (proof of ownership)
  • Able to work under pressure and target system
