Trainer Of Capital Market Information Center
Job Description :

  • Provide capital market information to stakeholders in specified area by conducting public education events (as a trainer) and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management / Economics / Finance / Accounting / Banking / Communication,
  • At least 2 years experience in capital market industry or financial institution,
  • Having capital market license will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be located in one or more of these areas: Batam, Jayapura

 

Administration Officer Of Capital Market Information Center

Job Description :

  • Responsible in administration duties, managing petty cash and budget, managing library, public visit service, and supporting capital market events in specified area.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Min. Diploma degree in Administration/Economic/Communication,
  • Good in administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative,
  • Experienced in administration field will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be located in one or more of these areas: Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Palembang

 

Exchange Member Complience Auditor
Job Description :

  • Perform audit process to all IDX’ Members & Participants to ensure their compliance to capital market regulations.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/ IT,
  • Min. 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm,
  • Interest in IT audit will be an advantage.

IT Operations Officer
Job Description :

  • Handling IT office, IT System Management, IT network and technical support, and trading system to ensure all IT infrastructures run well.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT,
  • Having knowledge about OS Windows, Unix/LINUX, database, programming, storage area network, website, monitoring tools, and backup system,
  • Having IT certification will be an advantage.

IT Project Management Officer
Job Description :

  • Handling IT project management based on user requirement, coordinating with all stakeholders involved in project implementation, ensure the project management conform with the IT Governance framework, and monitor the project development progress

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT,
  • Min 2 years experience in the same field,
  • Having full understanding of IT Project Management, IT Governance Framework, and Software Development Lifecycle,
  • Detail oriented, multitasking, and persistent, having IT certification will be an advantage.

Job Description :

  • Responsible to provide information technology solutions through the design and implementation in the area of infrastructure (systems and networks) based on user needs in the area of information Technology.

Job Description :

  • Major in IT/Information System Management,
  • Min. 1 year experience in operational system and helpdesk officer,

Job Description :

  • Responsible for trading system helpdesk and manage trading information dissemination.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company’s financial accounting transactions by input the journal into the financial and accounting applications system and reconciliation in order to provide financial transaction information accurately and timely.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting,
  • Min 1-2 years in Public Accountant Firm or as an auditor,
  • Having skill in writing and reporting.

 

Finance And Budget Officer
Job Description :

  • Responsible for the implementation the payment and settlement of all transactions with the Bank, doing administration tasks, cash opname and maintain petty cash.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Diploma degree in accounting/ finance,
  • Having passion in administration,
  • Multitasking and min 1 year experience as a teller/ cashier

Legal Officer
Job Description :

  • Responsible for the review and improvement of manufacturing processes and Exchange rules which consists of Registry Rules, Trade and Membership and draw up legal analysis on the implementation of the Regulation of the Exchange in accordance with the legislation in force in the field of capital market, in order to support securities trading fair, orderly and efficient.

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law, min 1 year experience in the same field

 

Product Development Officer
Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in economic, accounting and Finance,
  • Having knowledge about applied statistic, project management, research & methodology,
  • Min 1 year experience in treasury, securities, asset management, banking and investment.

 

Job Description :

  • Responsible to develop financial products based on research that has been done, and work together with national and international financial institutions.

 

Marketing Officer
Syarat-syarat:

  • Major in Communication/Public Relation/Economic/Finance,
  • Professional outlook, proven experienced in organizing events will be an advantage.

Job Description :

Services Sector Evaluation And Monitoring Officer
Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Law/ Finance,
  • Min. 1 -3 years experience as an auditor, treasury,
  • Having experience in Public Accountant Firm, analyst in securities companies, investment banking, Asset Management, Appraisal Company and having knowledge about corporate finance will be an advantage.

Job Description :

  • Responsible to support the regulated, fair, and efficient Capital Market by performing due diligence and evaluation of go-public process and corporate action plans of listed companies, performing listing process for stock and other equity securities, performing surveillance of listed companies, and maintaining data of listed companies/listed securities.

 

Governance Development Officer
Job Description :

  • Responsible for the availability of the Corporate Governance or Risk Management Guidelines with approved development by the Head of Corporate Governance Development unit and the implementation of Corporate Governance or Risk Management in a timely manner

Syarat-syarat:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year experience in Banking/Financial Services and risk management.
  • Having knowledge about Risk Management fundamentals, Corporate Governance fundamentals, Management System fundamentals (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001), IT Governance Fundamentals, and also Business and Operational Process. will be an advantage.

 

Administration Division
Syarat-syarat:

  • Diploma degree in secretary, Office Administration, Library,

  • Responsible for planning and implementing improvement tools and trading system Debt Securities and Sukuk (Ebus) and Derivatives and the Beneficiary of Securities Transaction Report (PLTE), Quotation and Repurchase Auction of Government Securities (LPKSUN) based on the results of the evaluation and input from both internal and externally.
